• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This APAR will address two issues:
  1) ABEND0C4 HRFOREOD offset x'EF2'
  2) ABEND878 when converting to HALDB using ORF and
     HALDB Toolkit.

  This APAR will address the following 2 issues:
  1. Abend 0C4 in HRFOREOD at offset EF2
  ORF is used in conjunction with HALDB Toolkit. The error occurs
  when saving the PSB list for restart purpose.
  2. Abend 878 when converting to HALDB using ORF and HALDB
  Toolkit. Database has nonunique keys.  Reload is now creating
  the "old to new" reference. However, the "immediate" reference
  function has been used, causing many GETMAINs.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. An invalid register was used when checking for the PSB list.
  The correct register is now used.
  2. The referene function has been corrected to use the
  "delayed" reference function.
