PM38176: QCF FUNCTION LOAD JOB GETS ABENDU0780 SC002 RUNNING WITH IMS V10OR BELOW

Error description

• QCF V310 function LOAD job gets ABENDU0780 SC002 running IMS
  V10 or below, and results in an IMS CTL region ABENDU0113.
  LOAD/INSERT module IQCQMR70 is processing a QCF INSERT call
  for an OTMA TPIPE. An INQUIRE is issued to determine if QCF
  already holds an INUSE on this destination. QCF does not hold
  an INUSE on this TPIPE so an attempt is made to acquire the DC
  System latch to prevent checkpoint from releasing the TPIPE
  (YQAB) until the INUSE can be obtained. However, QCF already
  holds this latch so the request ABENDs with U0780 SC002.
