  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: With the advent of support for          *
  *                      altering tables in implicit table       *
  *                      spaces, ADMIN ALTER IMPLICIT            *
  *                      statements are included in the input    *
  *                      to ADBTEP2 in the CREATE step along     *
  *                      with CREATE TABLE DDL, which causes     *
  *                      an error in ADB2UTIL, RC=20, REASON=    *
  *                      40:                                     *

  ADB2UTIL is unable to invoke TSO commands because there is no
