Error description

• When trying to round "1.255" to 2 decimal places using the
  Cognos _round function, the result is incorrect/inconsistent
  with other similar numbers.??For instance, consider the
  following results:??_round(1.155,2) = 1.16?_round(1.255,2) =
  1.25   <-- INCORRECT?_round(1.355,2) = 1.36?_round(1.455,2) =
  1.46?_round(1.555,2) = 1.56?_round(2.155,2) =
  2.16?_round(2.255,2) = 2.26 ??All of the above scenarios round
  up, except for "1.255", which rounds down to 1.25. This is
  incorrect/inconsistent with other similar numbers.
