• When running the HPIC Image Copy function using the
  IMS-compatible JCL as per FABJ0300I and specifying an empty
  database as input, the following messages and return code are
  received :
   - RC08
   - DFS301A UNABLE TO OPEN DDNAME xxxxx

   This APAR enables creating ICDS correctly for an unformatted
   OSAM DB is specified as an input DB in IMS-compatible JCL.
