PM37161: ABEND SOC4 REASON CODE = 00000011 OFFSET=0001685A

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABEND SOC4 REASON CODE=00000011 OFFSET=0001685A may occur on a
  multi partition table space that has a REORG LOG NO with inline
  image copy on the partitions and then Change Accumulation job
  run at DB.TS level (PART 0) and a partition 0 image copy
  existed before the reorgs took place.
  The ABEND S0C4 will be handled, and the Change Accumulation
  Tool job will ABEND with 'ABEND=S000 U0008 REASON=00000000'
  and the job output will show the following message:
  'GGC1013I A table update ICTYPE was found in SYSCOPY that did
  not log for space(s)'
  To get around the error after it occurs, a Change Accumulation
  Tool job after the REORG should be run at a Partition level
  instead of PART 0
  
  To fix the issue one of the following can be done:
  
  a) REORG Inline Image Copy will have to be done
     with a LOG YES
  OR
  b) Change Accumulation Tool job after the REORG
     should be run at a Partition level instead of PART 0.
  OR
  c) REORG LOG NO with inline image copy at PART 0 instead of
     Partition level.
