Error description

• QMF V10 does not support 24 positive and negative time zone for
  TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE data type

  *                      time zone range for the                 *

  The range of time zones accepted for activity involving the
  TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE data type was limited to +14:00 and
  -12:29, instead of  24:00.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been amended to accept time zone ranges of  24:00
  for the TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE data type.
