  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1.AUTH and ORIGAUTH filter options were not converted
  when DB2 subsystem is in IFCID UNICODE.
  2.Lower case characters are excluded from Near Term
  History filter parser.

  1.Apply UNICODE conversion for NTH filter options AUTH
  and ORIGAUTH before data are used if the DB2 subsystem is in
  IFCID UNICODE.
  2.Allow lower case characters in Near Term History CORR
