Error description

• When a report with a prompt page is run interactively, the
  prompt page buttons appear on the bottom of the page.  If the
  same report is run using Run with Options, and the output is
  saved in HTML format, the prompt buttons are no longer on the
  bottom of the page, but are instead right after the prompt page
  content.??This is inconsistent, the prompt page buttons should
  be on the bottom of the page even if the report output is saved
  instead of run interactively.
