Error description

• CUA will not initialize cleanly.
  The validation of a profile that is either corrupt or too old to
  convert has halted address space initialization with a message
  similar to:

Local fix

• Step 1. (Optional) Locate and backup the tables database (TDB)
  named on the message KLVTB053
  Step 2. Locate the CUA operator APPLID from the message
  KLVOP653. e.g., DIALOG APPLICATION xxxxxxxx STARTED:
  DIALOG(KLVLOGON) LANGUAGE(ENU)
  Step 3. Logon to the CUA operator APPLID and tab to the menu:
  Goto->File/Database Actions...->Table Manager...
  Step 4. Press ENTER for the default search argument.
  Step 5. Scroll through the display and locate the problem
  profile name then specify the action character "D" to delete it.
  Step 6. Restart the address space.

     IN KD2COLLP MEMBER OF RKD2PAR CAUSED AN INFINITE LOOP
     IN KD2$PARS PANEL DURING LOGON TO CUA.
