Error description

• This fix includes the following message improvements:
  - On Workplace panel, substring of "associate" primary command
    does not not work except for "a"
  - Product parameter value under optional task/step not
    editable if discovered value is out of range
  - Generate command on a DB2 entry may be stuck on product
    parameters panel
  - Product parmeters status not being updated to ready to
    customize
  - Joblist command does not show jobs for all DB2 entries
  - Template conditions are not resolving correctly
  - Conditions based on cn resolve incorrectly
  - Error is reported when product metadata contains "name"
    validation for parameters
