Error description

• If Term Utility command was issued at the time Online REROG was
  trying to drain during log apply phase (in the last iteration of
  log processing).
  After REORG was terminated, the shadow datasets still exist.

Problem summary

  *                      a -TERM UTIL of a REORG TABLESPACE      *
  *                      SHRLEVEL CHANGE during LOG apply phase. *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available.         *

  A REORG TABLESPACE SHRLEVEL CHANGE was terminated by a -TERM
  UTIL command during the LOG apply phase when trying to drain
  the target table space. The shadow data sets were not deleted
  because the internal cleanup flag was not set for termination
  processing. The problem could also happen for a REORG INDEX
  SHRLEVEL CHANGE.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified to cleanup the shadow data sets when
  online REORG is terminated by a -TERM UTIL command during
  LOG apply phase.
