  DBALLABOVE option in the DFSVSAMP DD.

  HP Load job gets ABENDU3762 when processing HALDB OSAM with
  DBALLABOVE option in the DFSVSAMP DD.
  To avoid the abend by disabling DBALLABOVE, you need to accept
  this APAR and apply the USERMOD ZZHPL01 which is provided by
  APAR PM37149.
