The following functions has been improved

- Add the ability to run DDL only (i.e. do not unload and load
existing data). This can be done when generating an APPLY job.
If  a Work Statement List ( WSL ) is generated with DDL only,
the user will be warned.
NOTE: If utilities are requested for DB2 Object Compare, they
will not be generated, with the exception of the REBIND
utility where applicable.  This note does not apply to
background utilities run by ADBTEP2 to remove restrictive
states on objects.
