Error description

• When a keyword value is 2 bytes and contained with quotes, the
  parser returns an error.

  This APAR is correcting the following issues:
  1.FUN2210 message does not provide the line/column
  information when an unbalanced quote or comment
  is detected.
  2.Message FUN2213I Syntax error at line 7 input does not
  match known keywords or position positional parameters.
  Input string:'K'
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1.Changed the parameter parser to return the correct
  line/Column information when this error is detected in
  the control cards being parsed.
  2.Corrected the parameter parser to deal with exception
  cases where blanks were embedded within the parameter
  string being parsed.
