• When running the HPIC IMAGE COPY function using the
  IMS-COMPATIBLE jcl as per FABJ0300I, and specifying an empty
  database as input, the following messages and return code are
  received :
  HPIC Version 4.1
  RC08 and DFS301A UNABLE TO OPEN DDNAME xxxxx
