Error description

  • In some cases after the target job has run, users will be unable
to run REORG or INDEX REBUILD against the target objects. The
result will be Abend04E RC00C9021C. An object id is not
recognized and thus not translated. This only occurs in DB2
V10. One particular scenario follows. There may be others, some
    involving other utilities.
    1. Run the source job to copy spaces that are compressed and
       contain a Dictionary.
    2. Run the target job to translate object id's.
    3. Run REORG on the tablespace.
    *
Note that not all customers will be affected by this problem.
