PM33588: REBUILD INDEX STEP GENERATION ISSUES

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The following issues are resolved in Change Accumulation Tool on
  generation of Rebuild Index,
  
  1. Rebuild Index step included 'index all' for partitioned TS,
     so rebuilds were done for all indexes on the
     database.tablespace. With this apar, the rebuild index step
     will no longer use 'index all' for partitioned TS but instead
     will do individual rebuilds for each index on the
     Database.tablespace.
  
  2. If Job generation options are setup to include START DB.TS
    step after WRITE_TO_VSAM, Rebuild Index step may get generated
    between WRITE_TO_VSAM and the START DB.TS step. With this
    apar, the rebuild index step will be included after the START
    DB.TS step
