  This PTF adds function to support running QMF for TSO/CICS under
  different license types.
  

Problem conclusion

• QMF for TSO/CICS has been enhanced to recognize DB2 for z/OS
  Value Unit Edition (VUE) databases and accept different license
  types. The QMF installation options module, DSQUOPTS, has been
  updated to add variable OTC_LICENSE which is used to set the new
  QMF global variable DSQAO_OTC_LICENSE.
  New messages are added with this PTF:
  DSQ10321 - 'Internal error. Check Q.ERROR_LOG table and QMF
              trace data.'
  DSQ10322 - 'QMF VUE cannot be started on this database.'
  DSQ10323, DSQ10324 - 'Free storage failed.'
  DSQ10343, DSQ14158 - 'You have no more storage space.'
  DSQ90577 - 'QMF VUE will start only in a zNALC LPAR.'
  DSQ90578 - 'The QMF VUE license agreement has not been
              accepted.'
  DSQ90579 - 'License agreement incompatibility found.'

  For QMF users who are not changing any QMF licensing options,
  this PTF may be applied. This PTF must be applied by those
  running QMF Enterprise Edition Value Unit Edition.
  *
  This PTF ships a new version of the DSQUOPTS module.
  Users who are currently running with a customized DSQUOPTS
  module that do not wish to use the new feature do not need to
  reassemble the module at the new level. QMF will tolerate the
  downlevel module. If you are running with a customized DSQUOPTS
  module, be sure to make sure it is not located in the
  target library QMF1010.SDSQLOAD as it will be overlaid by this
  PTF.
