Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' DDL and GEN function
  issue SQL against SYSIBM.SYSPACKAGE without a WHERE clause that
  includes the LOCATION column resulting in excessive GETPAGES.
  The LOCATION column of SYSIBM.SYSPACKAGE is described by the
  DB2 R610, R710, R810, DB2 9 and DB2 10 SQL Reference manual as:
  "Always contains blanks"
