PM32974: ABEND S04F when PE Server Subtask tries to attach FPEVM000 task

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Abnormal termination of a DB2 subsystem causes abend S04F in
  FPEVDB2I module. When the DB2 subsystem is restarted, PE Server
  Subtask recognizes the subsystem and start an instance to
  monitor it, however the instance is immediately stopped
  and the DBŠ2 subsystem becomes unavailable for further
  monitoring.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Abnormal termination of a DB2 subsystem causes abend S04F in
  the FPEVDB2I module. When the DB2 subsystem is restarted,
  PE Server Subtask recognizes the subsystem and starts an
  instance (attaches the FPEVM000 task) to monitor it, however
  the instance immediately stops and the DB2 subsystem becomes
  unavailable for further monitoring.
