Error description

• Recovery enforces HALDB(BOTH) when recovering a HALDB using
  PITR or TSR with APAR PM12399

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: All the users of IMS DRF with HALDB database *
  *                 might be affected.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Two problems were reported with         *
  *                      HALDB recovery: HALDB(BOTH) was         *
  *                      forced if the recovery is a timestamp   *
  *                      recovery with HALDB database, and an    *
  *                      0C4 abend.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  HALDB(BOTH) was incorrectly forced when it is a timestamp
  recovery with HALDB. Also an 0C4 was encountered when IB modules
  were not in the lib.
  

Problem conclusion

• FRXVSTA0 has been changed to remove forcing HALDB(BOTH).
  FRXVSTA2 has been modified to fix 0C4 abend.
