Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS program ADB27AC
  " Conversions for Alter Column(s)" fails with an ABENDU4038-1
  and message:
  IBM0421S  ONCODE=520  The SUBSCRIPTRANGE condition was raised.
  From entry point PARSE_LOAD_STMT at statement 3319 at compile
  unit offset +00000E62 at entry offset +00000E62
  
  This can be found by user of the ALT command and by users of
  the DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS.

Problem conclusion
