Error description

• ZALLT and using filter ZFILT on location does not work correctly
  after migration to DB2 V910.
  Thread display shows ip address  =' ::192.8.235.86 ' : but ZFILT
  is not able to filter for this location.

  DISPLAY :: OR ::FFFF: BEFORE IPV4 ADDRESS.
  IT CAUSED TO A PROBLEM DURING PROCESSING LOCATION FILTER VALUES,
