Commit hook can fail with error 'Caught An Unhandled Exception
At The OLE Call Boundary - File: \bugbert.src\cqole\oadentity
after upgrading to 7.1.1.x where it previously worked in 7.0.1.

Some ClearQuest commit hooks fail with the following error:
"Caught An Unhandled Exception At The OLE Call Boundary -
File: \bugbert.src\cqole\oadentity.cpp".

Problem conclusion

A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.9 and 8.0.1.2.

The faulty ClearQuest commit hooks should now execute
without error.
