Error description
When importing a document into a project package with full permissions the user would receive the following error Unable to add item to the package: Reason: The current user does not have sufficient package permissions to move the requested element from the current package.

**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** When creating new documents using RequisitePro client for Windows, it creates them on root package, then they are moved to the target package. This is a problem for users that don't have full permission on the root package but in the other hand they have full permission on the target package.
Problem conclusion
Create document logic was updated to create documents on the target package.
