APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The LISTDEF statement includes the table name.  For this
  particular usage, the RUNSTATS statement that utilizes the
  LISTDEF should not specify the table name.  In addition, the
  RUNTATS command should specify TABLE(ALL).  Without TABLE(ALL),
  the column statistics are not saved.  When displaying the table
  columns, the user still sees '-1' in the 'Col Card' column.
