PM31961: SELECTING A NEWLY CREATED LEVEL USING THE DATE HIERARCHY WIZARD RESULTS IN DM-HDL-0100

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using the Date Hierarchy wizard with the Data Manager catalog in
  a database like DB2, MSSQL (Not Access), once finished click one
  of the levels on the diagram and it errors and Data Manager
  closes.
  

Local fix

• Save the catalog or expand the levels on the left screen first a
  nd select one, then select the level on the diagram it works OK
