PM31836: ALLOW FOR SOURCE TO TARGET MAPPING VIA SMS STORAGE GROUPS

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• When creating System Backup Profiles allow for Source to Target
  mapping via SMS storage groups. Storage Group mapping would
  allow DB2 DBAs to only have to be aware of the storage group
  names and not the volumes within storage groups. The
  Storage Group volume maintenance would remain in the Storage
  management staffs responsibility
  This change was made to speed up the system backup processing
  time.
