PM31809: ADDING NEW CONSOLIDATED ELEMENT TO HIERARCHY DUPLICATES THE ELEMENT

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• When adding a new consolidated element in the Dimension Editor,
  then dragging it under another consolidated element in the
  hierarchy, it gets duplicated. Once inside the hierarchy and
  another time outside on its own. ?This causes confusion to the
  user and the dimension becomes unorganized.
  

Local fix

• Possible Workaround :  1 - Sort in Hierarchy mode Menu Edit Sort
   / Hierarchy Not useful if you need to keep a specific display o
  rder of the  indicators
