• HIGH CPU gathering CICS DB2 performance data in
  routine RCTTXIDS in both common collector (KO2ACONB) paths.
  
  High CPU can be seen in KO2ACONB TCBs for mods
  KO2XRCTT KO2XRCTU KO2XRCTV KO2XRCTW KO2XRCT3
  as a result of a loop
