PM30904: AUTOMONITOR IS NOT SHOWING A VARIABLE NAME AND IS SHOWING AN INCORRECT VALUE AFTER SCROLLING DOWN AND THEN UP

Error description

• User is debugging an Enterprise COBOL program. There is a
  Working Storage data item defined as:
  
     05  WS-DATA-ITEM        PIC S9(05)V9(03) COMP-3 VALUE +0.00.
  
  and something like this in their Procedure Division:
  
  048400     COMPUTE WS-ROUNDED-ITEM ROUNDED
  048500       EQUAL (WS-DATA-01
  048600          *  WS-DATA-02
  048700          *  WS-DATA-03
               ETC.... (note: this only fails with ROUNDED items)
  
  User stops on the COMPUTE...ROUNDED statement, and the cursor is
  moved to the Monitor window, where this is seen:

  The user scrolls down in the Monitor window with PF8, and then
  scrolls up with PF7, and this incorrect info is now seen in the
