PM30121: EGL runtime error: VAGen gateway servlet hptDisableRMIIDManager option and session logging

• Environment:
  - Windows XP PRO
   - Rational Bussiness Developer v7.5.1.6
  Reproducible Y/N:
  Description of problem:
  
  User disabled SessionIdManager, by setting
  hptDisableRMIIDManager='Y' in gw.properties file.
  
  when hptLogOpt=1 than those sessionIDManager
  logs should be suppressed but that do not happen.
  The logs are still filled.
  
  Now we have a problem that WebSphere application server log gets
  filled with the following messages:

  When the VG Web Transaction gateway servlet's logging is
  disabled (by setting hptLogOpt=1 in the gateway properties
  file) a few lines are still written to the log.
