PM29764: RequisiteWeb menu keeps appearing in Word docs after editing a doc from ReqWeb

Error description

• Environment:
  - Product name: IBM Rational RequisitePro version 7.1.1 and
  7.1.2
  
  Description of problem:
  When performing a document edit from within RequisiteWeb, the
  RequisiteWeb menu gets added to the Word menu and will stay
  there forever.
  Even after the user has logged out from RequisiteWeb, and then
  opens Word directly (so not from ReqWeb) the RequisiteWeb menu
  still remains in the Word menu.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  - Open a document with RequisiteWeb, and select 'Edit'
  - Save the document to disk and select 'Open'
  - In the open document, select ?RequisiteWeb ?Document ?Close.
  Select 'yes' to apply the changes and save them if applicable.
  - Refresh the browser and log out of RequisiteWeb.
  - Now open Word outside ReqPro/ReqWeb.
  You will see the RequisiteWeb menu is there in Word.
  Even after a reboot the menu remains.
  
  
  Workaround:
  Ignore the RequisiteWeb menu when not working in RequisiteWeb
  edit document mode,

Problem conclusion

• A code change was made in order that RequisiteWeb menu is
  removed when the user closes Word documents.
