  • After applying PM28276 / UK63520, OPC abends with U3401 in
routine HFPQA400 offset x'5BE' under the following conditions:
  - The area that has pointer errors is processed
  - FULLSTEP=YES is specified
  - SNAPPIT DD is specified on the JCL

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

After applying APAR PM28276, OPC abends with U3401 when
FULLSTEP=YES is specified on FPXIN control statements, SNAPPIT
DD is specified on the JCL, and OPC finds some pointer errors,
because OPC generates the incorrect DFSORT control statements
to output the CI SNAP dump.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The module HFPQA400 is modified to generate the correct DFSORT
control statements.
