PM28932: AT ISPF INCLUDE/EXCLUDE SPECIFICATION PANEL DGOOINXR REQUESTING LOCATION FIELD WITH TYPED IN IP ADDRESS RECEIVED FPEF511 MSG

APAR status

Error description

• At ISPF INCLUDE/EXCLUDE Specification panel DGOOINXR
  requester location with '::10.4.1.237' received FPEF511 msg,
  .
  FPEF511 This character is invalid. Valid characters are A-Z,
          0-9, @, #, $, <, and *
  .
  When tried without the single quotes around the reqloc ipaddr,
  we still received the FPEF511 msg.
  .
  

Local fix

• Run db2pm batch report with the following JCL as workaround, ie.
  //SYSIN    DD *
  ACCOUNTING REPORT
  LAYOUT(LONG)
  INCLUDE(REQLOC('::10.4.1.237'))
  ORDER (REQLOC)
   EXEC
  .

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Colon and quote charactes were not allowed in the REQLOC field
  of DGOOINXR ISPF panel before this change. This PTF does
  eliminate REQLOC field restriction.
