APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS, formula used with
  compression ratio is inverse.  Formula to be changed to
  1 - CR.
  

Local fix

• Use 100 - Compression Ratio and use the difference instead
  of compression ratio
