Error description

• 1. Enable the Utility Monitor to intercept the DB2 RUNSTATS
  utility.
  2. UET Policy - DB2SYSTEM parm: Remove restriction
     that USE_PRACTICE must be specified prior to USE_RULESET.
  3. DSNUTILS / DSNUTILU Processing - Correct deallocation
     failure of Policy dataset.
  4. If FCCOPYDDN specifies a DB2 keyword (e.g. "TEMPLATE",
     "REORG", etc.) or the DB.TS specification contains a DB2
     keyword, the utility SYSIN statement is erroneously parsed
     into multiple statements.
