Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS, function ALC to change
  column DECIMAL(##,#) reduced to DECIMAL(##,#) result
  in missing CONSTRAINT NAME.  Run job results in -104.
  .
  In addition is missing the constraint name.
