• When running an Executive Viewer view with Oracle Essbase Time
  Series (e.g. H-T-D), in combination with members of more than
  one level of the Time Dimension, EV shows 'Error!' in the cells
  and warnings in the upper right corner:  - Failed to read Data
  from the Database due to: Error reported by Essbase  Additional
  information: A column item [*] conflicts with a row item [*].
                        - Failed to read Data from the Database
  due to: Error reported by Essbase
                   Additional information: The resultant report
  cannot be retrieved. Your report heading cannot be interpreted.
  Member [H-T-D] is out of place.
