PM27334: Document defects about Japanese Change Perl API

Rational Change Interim Fix 1 for 5.3.0.2

Error description

• Change5.2 with patch04
  
  Problem 1.
  Regarding 'IBM Rational Change Perl API', in index.html of
  English document, following is written in.
  $csapi-?setUpConnection('http://your_hostname:port/your_context'
  );
  
  
  But in index.html of Japanese document, following is written in.
  
  $csapi-?setUpConnection('protocol', 'hostname', 'port');
  
  I attached en_perl_api.zip and ja_perl_api.zip so please check
  them and fix the wrong content.
  
  
  Problem 2.
  Also, after Fix Pack 5.2.0.4 is installed, contents.html and
  csapi.html will be overridden by English ones.
  Please provide those ones written in Japanese.
  
  
  Problem 3.
  Additionally, in Fix Pack 5.2.0.4, there are some new htmls e.g.
  SubReportEntry.html, QueryEntry.html and so on.
  Please provide those ones written in Japanese.
