Error description

• There is no option to configure two secure Session Initiation
  Protocol (SIP) proxy instances. For example, to front end with
  a Load Balancer.

  new proxy channel chain to be created from admin agent console.

  configuration errors when you try to add new http or sip
  chains on existing proxy servers.
  

Problem conclusion

• Two proxy channel chain template files are added in this APAR.

  fix pack 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
