Error description
ABENDS0C4 FABAINIT x'18be' running FABADA1. When DEDBPC sets segment information in the getmained table, it puts information into the preceding 8 bytes of the getmained buffer. The abend is caused by the preceding 8 bytes of the getmained buffer being freemained prior to the setting of the information. This abend is possible when DEDBPC runs with SDEP=YES and SPTFALL=YES against the area that contains the SDEP segment. This is a forward fit of IMS High Performance Fast Path Utilities V320 APAR PM26948.

DEDBPC puts SDEP segment information into the preceding 8 bytes of the getmained buffer in error when SDEP segment type is defined in DBD definition. The abend S0C4 is caused when the preceding 8 bytes of the getmained buffer is unusable such as being freemained. This abend is possible when DEDBPC runs a area defined SDEP segment type in DBD definition despite the sysin keywords of DEDBPC.
Problem conclusion
DEDBPC is modified to put the SDEP segment information into the getmained buffer.
