PM26863: ABEND0C4 IN IQCCQTTA WHILE TRYING TO LOCATE THE INPUTTING DESTINATION

Error description

• ABENDS0C4 in IQCCQTTA. This abend occurs when DFSQC020
  passes the input destination while processing a /DEQ
  request. The input destination was for a YQAB and this
  message was built before an IMS restart was done. At restart
  time the address portion of the YQAB would have been relocated
  and this is what leads to the abend.
  The abend is near x'252' with R7 being invalid.
  
  Additional information: This can occur anytime that the YQAB
  address has been freed, but the message is being unloaded,
  requeued, etc. APAR will address this also.

  *                      name from the blocks. The messages are  *
  *                      old- loaded after IMS restart - and the *
  *                      QABs/ TIBs are not allocated - they are *
  *                      in messages prefixes, but do not exist  *
  *                      after restart.                          *

  Programs have been changed to check if TIBs/QABs exist before
  getting the names.
