Error description

• This APAR addresses following problems:
  1. Support RECOVER BACKOUT for DB2 V10 indexes that are defined
     COPY YES.
  2. 0C7 abend during DB2 V10 system backup when
     RESET_COPY_PENDING_IX set to 'Y' in ARY#PARM and there are
     partition by growth Tablespaces with indexes in informational
     copy pending.
  3. Need an update member to add the new VSAMCOPY tablespace,
     table, and index to RE repository.
