Incorrect PGMNAME of stored procedure is displayed on ZSTPT
panel. DB2 version 7 and higher does not provide PGMNAME of
stored procedure.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
"N/A" is displayed for DB2 version 7 or higher on ZSTPT panel.
