* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The implementation of the security      *
*                      checks in Revoke Impact was too         *
*                      restrictive.                            *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
Revoke impact was performing security checks on DB2 catalog
tables that was not accessed in all cases.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The security checks has been made more granular so the
authorization only is checked if a DB2 catalog table is being
accessed.
