• Attribute matrix Views shows low performance for attributes that

  Opening an Attribute Matrix View in RequisiteWeb 7.1.x is
  slower than opening the same view in RequisiteWeb 7.0.1.x.
  The requirements do not contain Rich Text
  

Problem conclusion

• RequisiteWeb has been changed to use a faster way to check
  if a requirement contains Rich Text. This will speed up the
  opening of Attribute Matrix Views that has requirements
  which do not contain Rich text on them. Opening Attribute
  Matrix View that has requirements which contains Rich Text
  will be slower due to the processing of the Rich text.
