Idle JAX-WS client connections are not cleaned up in a timely manner and therefore connections remain in the pool for an unreasonable amount of time.

Problem conclusion
The new functionality to release JAX-WS connections that have exceeded their idle timeout during the connection pool cleanup task is implemented. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.17.
