APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• BNDA036 generates FREE command for package with contoken that
  matches contoken in loadmodule.
  
  The problem comes from the language type in syspackage table.
  If the entry is a blank BNDA036 processes it as a normal
  language.
  
  In the reported case this package is apparently remotely bound.

Problem conclusion

• Logic was changed to check for this condition
  and suppress generation of the command.
